Install PigeonPost on Windows

Download the installer from GitHub Releases and run it. The app starts immediately and registers itself in the system tray — no configuration wizard required.

Install the iOS Companion

Download PigeonPostCompanion from the App Store onto your iPhone or iPad. Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network, or connected via Tailscale.

Tap and Transfer

PigeonPostCompanion discovers your PC automatically via Bonjour. Tap it to connect, then start syncing clipboard content and sending files — instantly.

Your data stays yours

PigeonPost is designed around a simple principle: what happens between your devices is nobody else's business.

No Data Collection

Neither the Windows app nor the iOS companion collects, stores, or transmits any personal data to external servers.

Local Network Only

All clipboard and file transfers happen directly between your devices over your local network or Tailscale tunnel — never via a cloud service.

iCloud Settings Sync

The iOS companion stores your settings (server address, auth preferences) locally on-device. iOS may sync these to your personal iCloud account.

No Analytics or Telemetry

There are no crash reporters, analytics SDKs, or telemetry pipelines in either app. No data about your usage is ever recorded.
